None taken. That's about the right image for this project.
I dig the Caddies for sure, but I'm beginning to lean towards a Lincoln. There's a '69 (perfect year for this nonsense) Continental Mark III near me for cheap, advertised as having a 'perfect interior.' I may be able to trade him my 'responsible' car as-is for the Lincoln with a little cash my way. If I can scare up enough cash to finish the 460 I've got half built, I should be on my way. Paint it black, cut off the mufflers, stuff the wheel wells with the biggest steel wheels and rubber I can fit, lower it from there if possible, black out the windows...the only logical step from there is a supercharger and hi-rise intake poking through the hood.
So, refining my criteria: coupe, somewhat sinister-looking, not necessarily limited to the luxo-yacht arena (I wouldn't say no to a Torino/Satellite/Chevelle sized thing).
