Maybe you could hit him in the nuts with a rotor. At least then he'd remember you.

Oh man...... new project coming right up.
I NEED one of those trucks.
I used to get shunned by the local honda crew because i 1) Wasn't a honda 2) wasn't boosted 3) had flip-up lights
Then i smoked most of them at a local autocross last season.
Now they accept me. And i've actually gotten 3 of them to ditch their hondas and get new cars. One is now rolling a Corolla FX-16 with a Silvertop 20v, another a MKii Supra, and one an SW20. Muahyahahahaha.
But they're actually a cool crowd here, lots of turbo cars, and done VERY well.

There are Hondas with flip up lights, you know. With that said, I have flip ups on my Fiero and I shun me for having them. ;)

Seconded?
Yep. Life's too short to hang out with @$$holes. There's bound to be a more welcoming experience for you out there somewhere.
Now that you've through the last bit of red tape of political correctness, that's what I was thinking all along.

So let me get this straight. Everyone but this one guys seems to like the truck and once you get past his mindlessly silly power trip, you're fine? Sounds like the best thing is to smile and be nice to the guy (you can think what you want about him) and if you happen to find the rest of the folks who he works for/with to put on the event you may drop some hints that he's being extra "shiny" today. Perhaps that will get some alleviation
