The last of it I got came from Lowes. They sell 2X4 sheets for about $6-$8.
Stop by the gas station late at night and steal the big signs that sit by the pumps.
They don't have those signs by the pumps around here. May have something to do with this (taken next to a gas pump):
If there was a Lowes around here things would be sooo much easier. They'd probably go out of business with me as their only consumer of unusual items 
but for a while...soooo much easier.
If there is a beer distributor near you, talk to their merchandiser. They go through more coreplast than all the politicians put together. In reply to GameboyRMH:

how much do you need, and are you willing to pay shipping? I may have what you need......Our politicians DO use it.
I'm gonna call around to some sign companies on Monday, if that fails I'll get some from JoeyM with Romney & Obama's face's on them
Thought I'd update this, I found 2 companies that sell coroplast and 1 that has it in stock, 8'x4' sheets for $35.

i bought a 4X8 sheet from a sign shop last summer for $24... and they even cut it in half for me for free... i made an airbox for the radiator and door panels in the Camaro with it, and used leftover pieces to hold the windshield sun deflector to the bottoms of the t tops so i don't sunburn my skull..
They use it in politicians buttplugs too don't they?
I bought 4x8 sheets of 1/8" orange coroplast from a local plastic supplier for about $10 a sheet here in KC.
An artist here in town made all these crazy animal instruments out of it:
