They do have that, it is called the sticker price, just like other stores. The issue is, car dealing evolved from horse trading, hence the haggling. If all dealers decided not to discount the cars and said here is the car, here is the price tag, the game would end. It has worked for Saturn, Scion, and most MINI stores...
