You could stop at my Dad's house and bring my Formula Ford body back up North with you. That sounds like it would be a lot of fun.

I'll +1 Big Daddy's place and Fantasy of Flight (the restaurant there's not bad). If you're a space nut, plan on two days at NASA and the Astronaut Hall of Fame. If you plan on the Corvette Museum try the factory tour as well (if they're up and running). It wasn't quite what I expected (a whole lot more leisurely pace than one would think, but they were still gearing up from their 8 week shutdown last year). The cafe at NCM is decent. If you can swing the NCM or the Air Force Museum, try for Indy as well. Great museum, track tour kind of cheesy but it's probably the only way you'll ever get on that track.
