these pants only cost $13 to produce, but Import tax, EPA and Safety regulation equipment have pushed the sticker to well over $385 a pair. The pants manufacturer, who has received over 13.5 billion in federal bailout money, must provide president Obama's administration a viable profitability plan by the begining of May or it will likely be forced to file for Bankrupcy.
