-Soft top requires repair or replacement (fixed glass in the top has separated from the cloth)

Thanks. Yes, car is rust free. I'd take you up on your trade + $$$ (not), but this, reluctantly, has to go to make room for a '13 Fiat Abarth I'm hoping the car will go to someone that will turn it into a road/track-day car or spec-miata.

Wow, I want that, and about 3 months of free time to recreate the Manic Miata on a '94 chassis. GLWS.

Will it still pass California emissions?

Mine won't just fail emissions, I'm constantly surprised I'm allowed to trailer it into the state
