SWB body on shortened LWB frame?  Rear wheel arch vs axle doesn't look right.

If memory serves me right, even back in the 70s and 80s these vans were unibody, so I doubt it.

yeah...I'd guess that's a factory LWB that was either converted to 4wd or was a factory 4wd that was lifted cheaply, thereby moving the rear axle off a couple inches.

 

But the real Wrangler edition, now THAT is hawt!

We had one of these when I was in high school.  We would drive from Michigan to Colorado to go skiing.  Ours was black with I think 33” tires on it. I would bounce all the way there.  It was fun though.
