I have 3 of these, two of them do not have chunks missing.
I believe they are 4x98, they didn't fit quite right on the Miata they came on. One of the "good" ones had the lug seats butchered to apparently fit cone seat lug nuts instead of the shank style. One of them looks like it is ok.
