RX3 American Racing Cast Aluminum Wheels and Michelin tires

I have a set of American Racing wheels that came off my 1976 Mazda RX3 many years ago.  These are bare cast aluminum, with no clear coat, etc.  Very popular back in the day and look awesome on the RX3.  They have followed me around long enough and I am looking for a good home for them.  I have contacted American Racing to see if the mounting bolts and special lug nuts are still available but have not yet heard back after sending them pics.  The tires still have a lot of tread, but they are nearly 40 years old, so the compound will be hard as a rock, but they are still usable.

Im going to guess these are 13" wheels?

I assume so.  A friend of mine had a blue '79 S (no sunroof, 2 spoke wheel!) that came with a set of these, and they were 13".  I always liked they way they looked.
