Autox shirt question...

Auto/Rally crossers. What would you rather see on a shirt?

"DNF" or "DNEFFED"

I'm leaning towards "DNEFFED" but I'm not sure how that plays in non-web geek circles.

I think there's definitely a shirt in DFL... would need a different design though. This one has a smashed cone and some skid marks.

But everyone please keep making other suggestions if you have them... DNF is just seeming kind of boring to me.

"DNEFFED" is more amusing to me personally.

Even better for our circles would be DNberkeleyED.

I dunno, I like something like "+2 seconds" rather than DNF.

DNF is so...final...

My first thought was something more like.. +57.. but at that point.. I'm pretty sure it would be a DNF

Damn you and your logic! Dead cones look so much cooler than unharmed cones.

Alright. I'm going to have to post it to get some opinions since my flawed logic has been exposed. But doesn't it look cool with the dead cones?

You could always put a picture of a British car and say DNS.

I'm sure there is a lucas electronics shirt in gearhead's future that will take care of that. :)

Maybe I'll start a "+2" line of shirts later for folks who are more experienced at autox :)

At the Morgan event I attended lsat year, there were LOTS of DNF's that included crushed cones. The cones were simply earlier in the course, before they got lost. But hey, at least they were out there having fun with their cars (even a couple of trikes!)

For the record - I really like that design. d.n.eff, +2, whatever I'll probably get one.
