anything for Wii?

We aren't much of a video game household, but we were given a hand me down Nintendo Wii. Any decent racing games to be had for it. We have mario kart 8, which is fun, but not exactly realistic.

....sim wise...no. mario kart is the gold standard of racers on that platform.

Excite Truck is pretty darn fun, too.

I completely forgot about that. It is.

As far as racing games go, Mario Kart Wii is about as good as it gets. Great game, but yeah...

But the Wii is WAY better at doing other things, like playing classic video games from the Atari 2600 to the N64.

I really enjoyed Need For Speed "The Run" on the Wii. I think I also have Carbon. Pro Street was not as exciting to me.

for sure get your wiibrew on and load up on some classic games.

I was thinking about how many cool racing games there were on some of the early consoles. A few that come to mind that are still fun even today:

-Dragster

-Pole Position

-Enduro

-Bump n Jump (Love the cover art!)

-Turbo

-Outrun

-Hang On

-Super Monaco GP

-Rad Racer

The Top Gear series on SNES are some of my favorites. The ringtone on my phone is the in game music that I ripped from a YouTube video.

Also. Rc Pro am, Chase HQ, Test Drive are a few off the top of my head
