EDIT: The bolts between the manifold and the exhaust pipe. Not the ones that hold the manifold to the block.

Mods please move to the GRM section I screwed up and posted this in the wrong place.
Try a hot wrench , heat till cherry red then use impact , always did the trick when I worked at muffler shop
