Iracing Teams

Just wondering if anybody has experience in running or being part of Iracing team. Pro's, Con's, and Why's. Trying to gather some information.

Pros

    Setup sharing

    Organized practices

    Knowledge sharing, support, people to bounce ideas off of

Con: 

   scheduling can be problematic

   Personalities and clashes

Being part of an endurance team for some big events was very rewarding and highly recommended.
