I want to move the brake lever on my single speed from the middle of the handlebars to the end of the bullhorn to make it easier to grab. Are there any good and decent diy bike maintenance pages out there you can recommend for projects?

+1 what he said - very easy to do.
In response to the request for a DIY page for bikes, No Tango Senior...Ive been a trained mechanic for too long. Get in good with the local shop and theyll show you little tricks and tips all day long. support them, theyll support you, and you wont have to go to them with a butchered up job you "saw someone do on the internet". Youll go to them eventually anyway once youve buggered it up, why not skip the hassle and avoid the frustration in the first place.
