I called the ad that looked like it was about 10 minutes away. It was on my road, about 2 minutes from my house.

With a little research I found that these have a Chinese copy of the Honda GX200.
A google search of GX200 clone says I can get just about any kind of performance part possible. I guess they're a popular kart motor.
