My bet is that is a hiking trail that these guys are poaching. You'll notice there are cables strung up on the rock face for hikers to grip on some of the sketchy places.
almost got some aspects of a via ferrata to it..

duh...
I still think with the cables are a giveaway..
and I think the fact that there is a TV station or TV broadcasting company logo in the upper left hand corner shows that this was staged for TV. betcha it's not a trail that many bikes go on even if they were allowed.
