I read about these in the current Cycle World magazine. This small company called RYCA will sell you a complete Suzuki 650 Savage thumper made into a cafe' bike for dollars. You can also buy a kit to make the Savage you already own into one, IIRC it's about $1800 for the kit.

Big fan. It has my approval. Looks a bit empty in front of the motor. Maybe its just me.

Ill keep my eyes open for one of those on CL. I almost bought one before the SV.

I saw that article too, it's a cool looking bike. I remember thinking when the Savage first came out that it would look a lot better as a cafe bike instead of the pseudo-cruiser it was.
