Yes folks, I'm an official GRM Sprockets member. Now if only they had special stickers just for us.

1975 Honda CB360T, 7600 miles. I got it for $375 + a cheap guitar. He included a Bell helmet, small turn signals, manual, and some rubber bushing to stabilize the loose seat. It does run, but the carbs need some attention. Front brake is completely dead. Tires will need replaced.

The transport of the bike went smoothly. It fit nicely in my buddies Dodge.

Took this picture while it sat over at the sellers house: Photobucket Notice the tank isn't from a CB360T...I'd like to know what it came off of.

Got it home around 11, came inside to do dishes and couldn't resist the urge to go out and start messing with stuff under the parking lot lights.

The front brake master cylinder is oozing brake fluid all over the tachometer, so I moved the bars back some and now the brake line isn't long enough...something isn't right. It also appears that the master cylinder/banjo bolt connection is right in front of the redline on the tach. Also annoying. I guess I need to pull the bars back more.

On brake lines, the front line is ripped a little, and between being too short and this issue, I might as well get a new line. Can I go to a parts store and just get one to fit off the shelf or should I actually go online a buy the correct one for the bike?

UJM bike....shouldn't be hard to find the right one. bikebandit.com

I want to replace mine with stainless, but I also just want to replace the bike....so kinda stalled on the decision

Looks like you've got a shorter than stock set of handle bars. I just looked at the 360 in my garage and my brake line is a good 4 inches or so above the tach.

Not a bad looking bike by the way.

Petcock had the wrong designator/stop plate on the front of it, so it didn't completely turn off fuel. I just ground off the the stopper so I can turn it to where it does shut off fuel.

The carbs looked surprisingly good. I'm thinking that I may need to adjust them, or it could have been the petcock issue messing with fuel. Here they are after some elbow grease and 1500 grit sandpaper.

Brake master cylinder needs rebuilt badly. Luckily that's only $30.

How do I keep my 30 something year old seat from cracking when sitting in the sun? It went from perfect when I bought it to already starting to tear!

Oh, and now I have a no spark issue...

Put some fresh gas in it and had it running for 5 minutes. Now it won't start again. It's alive, but very sleepy.

Buy new plugs and wires. If the carb had junk in it, the spark plugs probably saw it too.

Also, make sure the battery is fully charged. I think these things can get very cranky (no pun intended) when the battery isn't 100%, even if it is turning over just fine.

www.oldbikebarn.com is another good resource for older bikes. Neat little ride! Sorry I can't help with the starting issue, I never had a Honda that refused to start under any condition!

Bike has new plugs. Checked the coils tonight and they both work. I've created a timing issue by messing with the points. Whether that has existed all along, I dunno, but now I've gotta understand, fix and figure out the timing issue.

At least I know both coils and both plugs are firing.
