You're just pissy 'cause he's more likely to die happy.

And... um, where can I find one of those for $1500? 'Cause I love me a nekkid bike.

I don't know, I have had some bikes that made me pretty happy, but also raised my expectations on what bike I would aspire to own before I bit it. Right now I am happy with my Ducati Monster.

    From 2008-10-17 Monster

The new Aprilia V4 would look nice with a paint job and a pipe.

BTW: Here is a 400 Bandit for $1900 - it shouldn't be hard to find one for $400 less.

I might be seeing inflated prices here in the Cali Bay Area, any bike I see under $1k either doesn't run or doesn't have paperwork, and anything at or under $1500 usually has some serious issues.

Guess what my budget allows? hahaha.

I've owned it for 29 years.

1982 Kawasaki KZ1000R1 Eddie Lawson Replica.

Confederate Wraith. Ugly? Check. Loud? Double Check. I don't know how much I would even ride it, likely just park it in the living room and drool over it.

    I've always wanted a supercharged V-Max:

If I know it will be my last bike, it might as well be one that kills me.

The TZ750, because it scares the hell out of me. Here's a work in progress from a guy on another forum:

A Vincent, Brough, Bimota or any other bit of exotica would be welcome in my garage. Barring that, a supercharged RD/RZ with direct injection would be kinda fun too.

Either a Monster or an Indian "style"

And since I'll never get to own that Vincent, I'd say a black Triumph Speed Triple.

    +

with a blue/green/purple camelion paint job with red/orange/yellow camelion flames

And swap the 6 into 6 for TBR X-metal pipes, a light weight metal coated carbon fiber that looks amzing.

And that was my high school dream bike

That thing has got to be Satan's personal track bike. Got links to the build thread?

Is that TZ750 a Yamaha, or Suzuki? I scorned two-smokes in my misspent youth, and am in the mood to do due penance.

    I've already got it!

Buell Lightning XB9SX. Love the name, love the look, and I love the ride!

But I need an Italian bike too. My brother has MV Agusta covered, so I don't want that. I am infatuated with this one. Just like you see it here. Ducati Monster S2R (or S4R, I don't care).
