I say buy it.
Is this a trick question? Of course you buy it.
I dunno if there is a title or what it need.
Are parts available? That is my main concern.
Talk me into it
For a hunnerd bucks, who cares? Buy it!
Those look like the perfect candidate for modification. Add a top tube, move the tank up, add low bars and shave the rest.
treatland.tv will have everyhing you need. 1977mopeds.com has stuff too but treatland is such a cool company that it is worth owning a moped just so you can buy stuff from them.
Do it. I have the regular ciao. Sat for 10 years and got it going in a few hours. Really simple and the Ciao was made for something like 30 years so parts aren't terrible to come by. I don't think you need a title, and I'm not 100% sure they even came with them.
Or I can buy it from you for $100 + case of PBR. So you win either way.
