Just completed the basic rider course and got my endorsement this weekend. Been on the lookout for a good beginner bike -- thinking an injected SV650. Craigslist seems to be the only real good resource I've found but it's pretty hit or miss. eBay lists nothing close. Any good resources for used bikes? Thanks!

Craigslist seems to have the most affordable bikes. There's a couple places like Cycle Trader also. That's a popular bike for adventure riders, so advrider.com would be another place to browse.

Pulled the trigger on a local CL find today. Not the lowest priced one I've seen but it did come with brand new tires, new battery, new K&N filter, new exhaust, a cover, Haynes manual, and the original owner's manual which was nice.
