Perhaps a whole new rash of advanced 250s is coming here!

Kawasaki was very successful after the '08 redesign of the baby-Ninja, so maybe...on the other hand, the big-3 never stopped selling small displacement sportbikes in Japan or Europe.

If they make it lighter than the new Ninjette, they might have a buyer. I still dream about getting the Rolland Sands Kit to turn a 450 thumper dirt bike into a mini Moto GP bike.

That is SO much nicer looking than the new bug eyed R1. These have always been a tough sell here as it's not any cheaper to make a 250 with all the bells and whistles than it is to make a 600 or 1000.

This bike has way more high end stuff than the Ninjette. Based on the picture I see upside down forks, aluminum frame, radial calipers, triple brakes, what look like 600 sized wheels and tires.

Heck, I just figured out that I could bring a Honda 125 into the US, State Farm will even insure it. Only issue is coming up with the cash at this point. Darn you FM, and all your beautiful pieces for my Miata.

Check out hyosung my 250 has upside down forks and the ability to add a second disc to the front (only cause I opted for the naked vsrsion) the 250r looks sweet, plus it's a v-twin :D

The bad thing about the Hyosung is that it's the same size as the 650.I want something the size of a ten speed and handles like it's on rails.

I want specs on that bike so bad and I can't find crap...

Not true it is smaller and lighter than the 650, I test rode both. Only limiting factor right now is tires and wheels, 20lbs each wheel ouch. But for under 3k not a bad start, plus modifying is fun. Gsxr600 wheels fit I'm told, and weigh significantly less. The tires are also E36 M3. But tires are a wear item.

Ok maybe it's GS500 sized, not as small as the ninja 250 but I'm a bigger guy I don't fit on that bike at all.

    This is off of the Hyosung website. GT 650R Overall Length(inch) 81.1 Overall Height(inch) 44.3 Overall Width(inch) 25.8 GT250R Overall Length(inch) 81.9 Overall Height(inch) 44.3 Overall Width(inch) 25.8

The 250 is actually a dick hair bigger than the 650 don't get me wrong they are awesome bikes for the price but if I'm buying a 250 I want compact and quick steering.

Well it felt smaller, narrower anyway even though the specs don't say as much. I weigh 210 and need something more substantial under me. I wonder what the wheelbase differences are? Maybe the fairing is a little bigger on the 250.

Sweet. If it comes here, I'll find the heart of a crashed one and cram it into an old scooter.
