What is the cheapest standalone ECU for a C32 from a 1994 Legend V6 with a manual trans? I don't care if it runs a wide or narrow band O2 sensor. I don't want to assemble a kit, although I guess I wouldn't mind sourcing the plug and using my case, if the rest of it was complete.

AEM or a squirt are gonna be your main standalone options here. An oem manual trans ecu, maybe with a cheap piggyback, would be the budget option if price matters.
