OEM wiring connectors

I've got an Exomotive Exocet which was built using a 1994 Miata donor.  One project I haven't done on it, is shortening the ECU wiring harness. I'm trying to find information on what the connector type is, what tool I need to remove the pins and a source for replacement ends so that I can stop coiling a bunch of ECU harness in the wiring tray.

Any pointers to references or tools/ pins, would be great.

generally speaking, i like Ballenger Motorsports for OE connectors, but unless you have a connector part number you have to do some digging.  or at least i had to.
