ELIGIBILITY: MUST BE LEGAL resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older as of September 1, 2017. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Covercraft (collectively, "Contest/Sweepstakes Entities"), and their families and immediate household members of each are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Classic Motorsports web site at classicmotorsports.com, follow the links to the registration page and register by providing your full name, address, e-mail address, and birth date. Only online entry is permitted. Limit one entry per person and e-mail address. Each entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e-mail address identified in the entry as of September 30, 2017. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the natural person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received by September 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EST. All information and entries provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor, and may not be acknowledged or returned. Contest/Sweepstakes entities and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries, telephone system or computer malfunctions, lost connections or transmission errors; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize or from participating in the Contest/Sweepstakes; or (iii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the Contest/Sweepstakes.
DRAWINGS/NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize winner will be decided by a random drawing of all eligible entries on approximately October 5, 2017. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible Internet entries received. Grand Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail and/or overnight mail on approximately October 10, 2017. Random selection will be under supervision of Sponsor or their designee, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winner will be subject to verification. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and the failure to respond timely and completely to the winner notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor, in their discretion, may select an alternative winner.
PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize: One Covercraft WeatherShield HP car cover ($285 value). Prizes and admission are non-refundable for cash and non-changeable. If lost, they will not be replaced. Grand Prize winner cannot assign or transfer their prize to another person. Sponsor in its sole discretion may also substitute a different prize of approximately equivalent retail value.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES. Eligibility, age & all claims made by all winners are subject to verification. Sponsor not responsible for fraudulent calls / mail made / sent to entrants not by Sponsor. By accepting prize, winners’ consent to the use of their names, photographs and likenesses for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If a selected potential winner or Guest fails to comply with official rules and/or to submit required documentation within the designated period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL. By entering the Contest/Sweepstakes and/or accepting prizes, entrants/prize winners agree to: (a) be bound by these rules; and (b) to release Contest/Sweepstakes Entities, their respective parents subsidiaries, affiliates, and franchises, their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, assigns, from all liability, claims, action, or proceedings relating to the Contest/Sweepstakes and from injuries or damages arising in connection with or relating to participation in the Contest/Sweepstakes or use of the prizes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Contest/Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest/Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit any entrant from participating in the Contest/Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest/Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH ENTRANT AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
