LeMons update
Quick update from the 24 Hours of LeMons.
First off, this has to be one of the coolest events I’ve ever been to. It’s like the $200x Challenge in spirit, but with the added danger of wheel-to-wheel madness. I’ll give a little more extensive rundown later, but for now we seem to have a pretty decent car, and things appear to be in good shape for us to take the checker tomorrow. If we can stay clean, we should do well. The trick will simply be making it to Sunday.
Frankenstang’s t-bird made it out, with Mental on the roster as well. Nice to see more regular GRMers representing. Here’s some pictures:
These Canadin guys are running a two-door, non-sunroof Jetta. Bob Tunnell would be rolling over in his grave, except he’s not dead, which is good, because he’s nice.
