Out of curiosity is there a minimum lap time for VIR full to get in on this?
Can't do it this year but I'm interested sometime down the road.

A current NASA Time Trial or competition license will make the approval process much easier.
Don’t have a car? The UTCC is part of NASA’s HyperFest weekend. The schedule includes road racing, drifting, rally and plenty of socializing.

^^^ there isn't a strict time requirement, but keep in mind it's the Ultimate Track Car Challenge---- so the speedier the better. The fast cars are well under 2 minutes around the full course--- which is pretty rapid!
