Nurburgring, Here We Come

JG will be competing in the RCN support event prior to the 24-hour race driving one of these.

Art Director JG Pasterjak will be making his usual trip over to Germany for the Nurburgring 24-hour race. However, this year, he’ll be getting some track time on “The Green Hell.” No, we haven’t entered our project LeMons Miata in the world-famous enduro.

JG will be competing in the RCN support event prior to the 24-hour race. The RCN is an open-passing, time trial format similar to NASA Time Trials but with a ton of cars in a ton of classes on track all at once. It’s about 18 laps with a pitstop. Officials throw out your warm-up and cool-down laps and aggregate the rest.

We’ll show you how you can scratch this track off your bucket list in an upcoming issue. Hint: It’s easier and more affordable than you might think. Click here to subscribe and read all about it.

Special thanks to Rotek Racing and race-the-ring.com for helping make this possible.

Good luck with the run! That's a tough track, but VERY rewarding!

As happy as I am for JG I believe the better story would be in sending a long time grm reader/struggling racer in his place.

I nominate me.
