If it doesn't turn out to be a trust bucket, that is an excellnt deal. Actually, it's probably an excellent deal even if it is a bit on the rusty side. If this was local I'd definitely kick the tires.
Have them sell it as a $2k cage with spare car and you're in lemons heaven.
