“It was in my buddy’s back yard, and it pretty much was about to go to the scrapyard,” Sean Newton writes of his 1988 Honda Civic. “With the car’s history—two friends tracked it before me—I didn’t have the heart to see it go.” Sean fixed the structural issues and installed a rebuilt Integra Type R engine, new coil-over suspension, Integra brakes and Pirelli track tires. “It might not look like much,” he says, “but it’s mine and I love it.”
