Saab 99: More body work. Jun 18, 2007
We spent some more time with polyester filler and our sander yesterday, slowly getting the arches back into shape after they were patched up with new metal. This is the part of the project that frankly takes a lot of time and seems to drag on forever. After we’re happy with the results, we’ll be painting sections with the factory “Antelope” paint. The question is, however, when we yank the windows and interior for the cage install, should we change it to Chamotte Beige? That’s a more orange-y color that came out a few years after our car was built. It looks a lot like camouflage!
