Saab 99: Show Saab? May 14, 2007
Shortly after our rust repair campaign (well, actually, after we showered to remove the bondo and fiberglass dust from our hair), we drove the Saab down to New Smyrna Beach for their monthly Cruise-In night on Canal Street. We even parked the Saab next to the rest of the show cars, which were mostly hot rods, although there was one Volvo with a small-block in it. Some people even looked at the Saab. We’re pretty sure they were wondering why it was there. Hey, we think it’s cool.
