Saab 99: Wired May 16, 2007
It’s not very often that we see truly bad spark plug wires. The #3 wire was heat damaged and you could see the cracks went clear to the inner core. It was arching onto the heatshield on the exhaust manifold.
We went for a set of Magnecor 8.5mm wires that fit both the Saab 900 and the 99. These solved some of our drivability problems that we’ve been seeing, including a slight stumble at steady state cruise.
