Subaru Impeza: RallyRebels Night RallyCross a Success! Dec 12, 2005
The night RallyCross was a blast. The GRM Subaru Impreza finished up 2nd, 3rd and 4th overall, with Duncker Felix’s super-fast WRX once again taking the win.
The car survived all 18 runs with our three drivers having a great time. The course was pretty rutted up by the end, but our skidplates and the robust Subaru design held up just fine. The car is a little dirty and we think we’ve got so much mud packed under the car that we need to spend a few hours with a pressure washer cleaning it up. Also, we need to check out if there’s a bad motor mount or if there’s just too much mud packed between the engine and the skid plate.
Next up, there’s a RallyCross in Homestead on February 12th. We’ll have it cleaned up and ready to go!
