Mini Cooper S: Solo Nationals Video Nov 24, 2008

We finally got a chance to process the onboard video that we took at the 2008 Solo National Championships. We mounted the Go Pro Motorsports Hero Cam on the nose of our 2007 MINI Cooper S and shot video of the action on course. This footage is from the East Course, where our driver jumped from 6th to 4th place on the strength of this run.

Great video, look's like it was a fast course. What mount were you using with your GoPro cam? The vid was very stable. Mine always has alot of shaking and vibe in it. I've been using the suction cup mount that came with my GoPro cam on the rear hatch glass of my CRX. Search turborex87 on YouTube to see what I mean.

I used the adhesive mount on the nose of the car. Not suction cup….It's a lot better in raw format–that web conversion really cut the quality.
