1/24 Scale Model of a 1955 Chevrolet 210 "Gasser". I built this car in 1997 for the Scale Auto Enthusiast Magazine Sketchpad Contest. It's based on the old MPC "Badman" kit that AMT re-released with some horrible 90's Pro Street parts.
Build: 60's "Gasser" look
Paint: Cessna Continental Gold and Gloss Black 2-tone
Interior: Box Stock 60's style racer in Black with Gold tuck-and-roll
Wheels: Parts box Cragar S/S mag wheels on slicks-n-skinnies
Decals: None
Drivetrain: Small Block Chevy with a chrome 6-71 Blower, fenderwell headers, T-10 4-Speed
Details: Moon tank replacing the grill, straight-axle conversion, chrome ladder bars, parachute
