Added on June 26 by acnvolvo

Our SCCA F Production race car with Volvo Bill behind the wheel took 2nd place in the CFR SCCA 2010 points championship. I finished in 4th. We had a DNF free season and the car finished on the podium at all race weekends. Bill had three wins and one second, and I had two wins, one second and one third. Finally made it through a race weekend without taking out the custom front air dam.

What would it cost to make another one? Just so you wouldn't have to race alone

I finally changed the photo of the racecar. Had to buy a new digital camera and learn to edit sizes. Bill was the meat in a miata sandwich at the CFR SCCA October 2010 season finale at Sebring. The old 73 actually beat a STU turbo charged mazda miata! Go volvo!

Skunkman…priceless! The costs never end. The car has been a 9 year evolution and I think he has finally reached the point where he won't change anything anymore except fluid and tires (and parts that break). Bill broke a left rear shock during the qualifying at Sebring in October and still qualified on inside pole and two seconds faster than me! Luckily we had a spare. Gas is $7.50 a gallon and tires are $200 each! Thank goodness Hoosier offers money for SARRC race wins.
