1975 Chevrolet Corvette

My pet project, this Stingray has had it’s tired (though still, amazingly, running) old 350 swapped for a 383 stroker coupled to a rebuilt, reinforced TH350. The engine itself sports Dart Sportsman heads, Hooker Headers, an Isky cam, MSD ignition with Holley fuel injection and a Scat 383 rotating assembly in a 4-bolt block. Cooling in provided by a DeWitt 3-row radiator and an Edelbrock aluminum water pump. The brakes are stock calipers and rotors with EBC pads. The front springs and shocks have been replaced with Viking double-adjustable coilovers (rear coming soon!) and all sway bar and control arm bushings have been swapped for polyurethane units from Moog. The car is now nearing the point of being ready for it’s inaugural shakedown, though persistent electrical issues have so far kept it confined to the garage. Future upgrades include a C4 rear end with a SharkBite coilover system, engine bay de-cluttering, better wheels and tires and a few other small things.
