My beach cruiser project I made from a toasted rusty 63 panel. It’s a 3 year at home project that is almost done, just need to finish the bumpers. (Purists look away!) Has a seriously reinforced chassis & subframe including boxed in C-Channels, 1x1 steel tubing everywhere and 2x4 steel tubing for the nose...No flex.
