The new owner just picked it up. She's now going to Germany as a hobby car - street only, from what they told me. Sad to see her go but I just can't keep multiple cars in the UK.

Very early Elise (chassis #53). Mostly standard, a couple of features that make a very early car have been changed. It doesn't have the MMC disks anymore as you can't get decent pads for them and the previous owner reverted to the later model steel disks.
It's got a couple of interesting features that I haven't seen anywhere else; for example, it has cloth seats - every other Elise I looked at has leather.
Obviously it has a hardtop, but I do also have the soft top for it. Not recommended in winter, though.

I managed to take it to a trackday at Cadwell Park, but unfortunately didn't get to use it as much as I wanted as I didn't feel 100%. Unfortunately I have to sell the Lotus by the end of March ...
Took the Elise on its first track day on Tuesday. Silverstone, so it's a very fast circuit which didn't suit it that much but it held up OK. Nothing fell off, at least nothing I know of and the to-do ...
