I saw a California Highway Patrol full race Camaro on the Hollywood Freeway. Tubbed and flared, narrowed axle, super low profile road racing tires, and....a GMC blower sticking out of the hood. Complete correct CHP livery, lots of antennae, light bars inside the glass, and a shotgun locked to the dash. Was it a visitor from an alternate universe?
^ I would call that gloating. Just what you're describing would be grounds for harassment and fining in many many states.
