We just noticed the other day that this is the 75th 928 built! Apparently, the first 50 were prototypes so it was actually the 25th production car. Cool!
We’ve also done a little a bit of work to the car. Removed a bunch more weight, installed an ex-nascar setrab oil cooler, electric fan, got all of the glue off the floor and painted it with gray rustoleum, installed two sparco seats (evo and evoIII) and g-force cam lock harnesses.
We also relocated the battery (Odessy PC680) to behind the passenger seat and installed an emergency cutoff switch.
The car is still under $200X! Here’s to hoping we can make the haul out to gainesville in the future.
