I was going to say you look strikingly like Eddie Hill... You probably get that a lot though!
It’s an Ariel Atom II. Not as quick as the dragsters or the boats, but it handles much better! It is powered by a 2.0 liter Chevy Ecotec LSJ (Cobalt) four cylinder supercharged engine with 5-speed Limited Slip differential. 252 HP to the rear tires, about 1350 pounds. Corners at 1.7 gee on Hoosier Formula Atlantic slicks. Last time out ran three consecutive 1:19 laps at Hallett.

Awesome! Saw you around the pits the last time I was out there for an HPDE!
That has to be the most fun car available for purchase right now. Excellent choice sir!
Thanks for the positive comments. I am so enthusiastic and passionate about these cars, that I recently became the Authorized Ariel Atom Dealer for all of Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas!! And I have already sold our first one! Info @ www.eddiehillsfuncycles.com Thanks again- Eddie
Watch out for this group. Soon they will have you looking for a Ford Festiva, thrashed Saturn, and of course....MIATA!
Nice choice and I think that car would look stunning in Pennzoil livery!
Hi, David, and thanks for the welcome! I really can't help looking like that- it's the only face I have! Eddie
oldtin: See the resemblance? Some days I'm a bit more resembly than others-- Thanks for the brag on the Atom- I could not agree more!!
Eb4prez: Thanks for the warning! But instead of a Festiva or Saturn or Miata, I'm really more interested in finding a nice Webbly-Vickers, if I could find the right car at the right price!
CamaroKeith: Ariel Atom in Pennzoil yellow? Hmmmm--- Probably WOULD look good!
Sorry, I don't have a Webbly-Vikers out back but I do have a 1953 Renault set up with a VW 1600 dual port. If you want to trade for an Atom.....see how this madness starts!
As tempting as the 53 Renault sounds, once you get your mouth all set for a Webbly-Vickers, there is just nothing else that'll do you! But thanks for the offer!
Well, maybe Crass & Bernie are on this board and can help! Do you know about the Atom weekend they have in Hallett, OK?
I DO know about the AtomFest events at Hallett, that is what got me hooked on road racing! I hardly ever miss a track day now!
