I had the 3.5 in my old Intrepid and it averaged @ 17mpg.
Fiancee wrecked it twice on liability-only insurance. Sitting wrecked in my yard. I doubt i will fix it.

A had a 3.5 in my old intrepid, too. I did some fairly substantial mods, and ended up getting the occasional good run with a 4.6 mustang. That was its crowning achievement, besides ridiculously powerful A/c.
This car got wrecked and is just now being gotten around to. Plans are pretty much still the same, except now im considering a color change since i have to paint half the car.
