View all chknhwk's Ford Taurus SHO
Here’s my latest red-headed stepchild from Ford. It’s a 1991 Taurus SHO and the only mods are Avon tires (ahem, tyres) and a set of Monroe Sensatracs. Oh, and some cheap Pioneer headunit that was there when I bought it. It’s currently at my friends shop awaiting rebirth. =D

- Thanks! The car’s getting a fresh coat of paint (and a few extra hp) over the winter. That IS in fact Kildare’s at KOP. =)

- I bought a ‘90 SHO new and drove it every day for 10 years, at which time I gave it to my brother, who still drives it. I loved it!! Understand, however, that it is a high maintanance vehicle. The clutch is a weak point. Engine is a real jewel, however, and competitive even today - plus absolutely beautiful to look at. I kept it pretty much stock: Borla exhaust; Superchips computer chip (first one in the nation in an SHO); solid shift rods; forged aluminum sub frame connecters. I miss it.

huh?If you're reading this, you've probably seen these odd links with funny names somewhere on the site and want to know what they're all about. Well, prepare to feel a bit more Net savvy. Those links are what the geeks call "social networks."
Social networking sites allow you to store and share links and pages across the Internet. It's like taking your bookmarks list and being able to see it from any computer.
Even better, social networks allow you to steer friends, relatives, colleagues and pretty much anyone else to the cool stuff you've found, so they have something better to do online than watching the skateboarding squirrel video on YouTube for the thirtieth time. You're making the world a better place.
The only catch is that while all the social networks are free, you do have to register. Each site has a slightly different focus, so take a look through the links and see which service suits you best.
