Tube Frame Chassis Mar 14, 2009
XJR-4 was the first purpose built tube framed chassis by Group 44. The previous Group 44 XJS’s were production chassis’s modified for racing. This picture shows the construction of the tube frame chassis with the V12 motor at the Group 44 shop in the Spring of 1981
