I bought the Mach 1 in 1989. As a car crazy kid in high school, I decided that a 69 Mach 1 was the car for me. As soon as I got my first real job, I bought one. It was my daily driver for several years, and a great weekend driver for years after that. Life intervened, though, and now it has been sitting in the garage for the last ten years. Still a solid car, but in need of restoration. There have been some recent changes in my life though (read; wife gone), so this car will roll again.
