Rear suspension: boxed in control arms, rear 1” sway bar, QA1 rear shocks, Global West springs, 10 bolt Chevy rear end, Auburn Posi-traction, Richmond 3:55 gears, SSBC rear brake kit

Transmission: Muncie M21 4 speed, Hurst Competition Plus shifter

Wheels/Tires: American Racing AR-767 steelies, Firestone Firehawks OR Hoosier Street TDs

If I remember correctly convertible frames are quite a bit stronger (maybe even boxed?). Its nice to see a old american car built to perform well in other than a straight line. :)
