In Tune

Feb 19, 2012 update on GearBanger's 1906 Eagle asdf

I finally had a chance to tune up the Charger. It took an hour and a half but I replaced the plugs, wires, rotor with cap and the ballast resistor. The Charger roared to life again after cranking the key.

So, if you plan to bring a car back from the dead a tune up is a must. The old parts were shot may have been 20 years old. Plug wires were brittle and the distributor cap cracked and the contacts fowled.
